Why is the sign-up form missing from the product page?​

The storefront script may be disabled or missing.

  1. Open the sign-up form settings and confirm that Enable alert requests is selected.
  2. If you reinstalled the app or removed its script in BigCommerce Script Manager, clear Enable alert requests and save.
  3. Select Enable alert requests again and save to republish the storefront script.
  4. Open an out-of-stock product in a private browser window and confirm that the form appears.

If the form is still missing, your theme may need advanced sign-up form customisation.

What are the plan limits?​

Plans limit the number of back-in-stock notification emails that can be sent each month. Check the subscription page in the app for your current allowance and pricing.

How do I send emails from my own domain?​

Configure your own SMTP provider. See Email send methods.

Why does the app not load in BigCommerce admin?​

BigCommerce apps may not open inside admin in Safari or in a browser's private-browsing mode. Use the option shown by Back in Stock Alerts to open the app in a separate tab, or use a supported browser outside private mode.
