Viewing alert requests

The alert-requests list shows the product, SKU, customer name, email address and notification status for each sign-up. For a product with variants, it records the requested variant and uses the variant SKU.

Select an alert request to inspect its details. The detail view includes each notification sent for the request and any error returned when an email failed.

Use the search and filters to find requests for a particular customer or product. To add requests in bulk, see Importing alert requests.
